Request a copy of your exam certificate

If you need a copy of your exam certificate, we can check whether the school or educational institution has submitted a copy to the National Archives.

To request and order a copy of your exam certificate, please fill in the contact form below. We do not process telephone inquiries about diplomas. Please note that you can only order your own exam results, as this is personal sensitive information.

If you order on behalf of someone else, you must also send a power of attorney to arkiv@arkiv.gl before we can process your request.

NB: Per On 1 February 2021, NKA has decided to accept a fee for delivering copies of diplomas from many educational institutions via email or letter. This is done for a fee of DKK 200. which is paid by depositing the amount into NKA's account in Greenland Bank's account number 6471-1001555. Please note that the National Archives of Greenland cannot guarantee that a diploma exists. For example, it may have disappeared before the archive was delivered. Once we have received your inquiry, we will investigate the matter as soon as possible and send you an answer within 5 working days.
