Welcome to Greenland's National Archives

Greenland's National Archives protects and cares for the history of Greenland. We have an extensive collection of archival material about the country's history, which you can either see through the online archives or use in the archive's study room.

Greenland National Archives was established in 1982 as an independent institution. In 1991, the National Archives was merged with the National Museum of Greenland as Nunatta Katersugaasivia Allagaateqarfialu.
