The National Museum is housed in the characteristic warehouses of Nuuk’s old colonial harbour.

Museum Opening Hours

As of March 1, 2025, we will raise the entrance fee to 100DKK per person.

Students and children will still have free entry.

Greenland National Museum has changing opening hours, depending on the season.

Winter

September 15th — April 15th

Everyday

12 pm — 4 pm

Entry is free for students and children.

Entry is free every Sunday at the end of the month.

Summer

April 15th - September 15th

Everyday

10 am - 16 pm

Entry is free for students and children.

Entry is free every Sunday at the end of the month.
